The Presbytery has the responsibility to oversight the specified ministry of Pastor from the recognition of a ministry location as suitable for the exercise of the ministry of Pastor, through the selection and appointment process, the assessment of Core and General Competencies, the Commissioning Service and the ongoing oversight of the person’s competency development.
